A soft space to land & take off the armor.

Somatic Psychotherapy & Education for Daughters of Immigrants

helping you come home to yourself as you grow, heal & blossom.

Dear daughters of immigrants,

You learned early how to be strong.
How to carry responsibility in your body.
How to keep going, to adapt, to hold it together.

That strength has carried you far.
And it has also asked a lot of you.

At times, you may feel disconnected from yourself—
from your body, your truth, your expression.
Not because anything is wrong with you,
but because survival requires you to move away from yourself.

Now, something else is calling.

You are ready for a life that feels like yours, purposeful, fulfilled..whole.

I offer a soft, grounded space where you can come back into relationship with your body-
a place to rest, to listen, and to remember who you are beneath the armor.

In our work together, we move at the speed of safety.
Through somatic practices, body storytelling, and relational presence,
you’ll learn how to tend to your nervous system, listen to your body’s wisdom,
and build a life that honors your body, your history, and your values.

My approach is body-centered and relational, integrating somatic therapy with ancestral and lineage-aware work. Together, we explore how inherited patterns live in the body—and how choice, agency, and aliveness can be restored.

This is not about fixing you.
It is about strengthening your capacity to be with yourself.
To live from your truth.
To create a life that nourishes you as deeply as you nourish others.

This work is a remembering.
A return to the body.
A coming home—again and again.

I work with teachers, mental health professionals, caregivers, writers, artists, and change-makers who feel deeply and want to live grounded, intentional lives.

If you are seeking in-depth, attuned support and are ready to invest in your healing, I invite you to schedule a phone consultation to explore working together.

Planting Seeds Somatic therapy

an integrative, holistic approach to therapy

As a therapist with over 11 years of experience working with women and girls of color, I hold space with respect and gratitude to those I serve. Over the years, I have learned from those I serve, and together we have created The BODY-honoring path, an integrative, holistic approach to care and support. You are a whole person. In sessions, we honor your wholeness and give space for all of you to be seen, heard & supported. This is more than therapy; it is soulful care and soulful living.

From surviving to living in harmony with yourself.

What the mind doesn't remember- the body does. In sessions, you will learn how to reconnect with yourself by tending to your body and repairing your relationship with it. Our bodies carry more than our trauma and pain - our bodies carry wisdom and healing. By reconnecting with ourselves through body-honoring practices, we welcome ourselves home and open ourselves up to a life that feels like our own. Your story is more than your past; you have the choice to choose differently… and that is your power & strength.

My approach to this work comes from my upbringing, my clinical education, and the mentorship and teaching from the wise teachers I have learned from on my path. I integrate depth psychology, somatic therapy & ancestral wisdom and practices into the spaces that I hold.

I work with teachers, social workers, helpers, artists, writers, and caregivers, the brave hearts and passionate souls who have chosen the path of healing, not just for themselves, but for the collective.

These sessions hold space for all of you.

Do you accept insurance? I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not directly accept insurance. However, if your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

What is a somatic therapy session like? Somatic therapy integrates mind and body in healing, focusing on nervous system regulation, awareness, and embodied processing. Sessions may include guided mindfulness, breathwork, and movement to help you feel more present and grounded.

I am a person-centered therapist. At the beginning of each session, we check in with the body & set an intention for the session. Everyone’s journey is unique, whether you are looking for weekly, biweekly, or monthly support; each session is a soft space to land and take off the armor.

How do you incorporate ancestral healing in sessions? Our stories are our medicine; they are a form of expression that can free us from past cycles and create space for new ones rooted in compassion and respect. In session, we hold space for your stories, body, and language- you will learn how to honor your emotions and embrace your expression.

How do I know if we’re a good fit? Therapy is a deeply personal experience, and finding the right therapist is crucial. I invite you to schedule a consultation to explore how I can support your journey.
