Welcome, my name is Dariela Vasquez. I am a first-generation Dominican woman residing in New York State. I am a somatic liberation therapist with over 12 years of experience working with women, guiding them home to their bodies, intuition, and expression. I guide women as they grow confidence within themselves, in their decisions & in their relationships. I specialize in intergenerational healing, self-empowerment, guiding body care and connection, and gently tending to childhood grief. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel truly seen and held. The space I hold is not one-size-fits-all; I work with you and support you as you grow a life that feels like yours. Every part of you is welcomed and embraced as we listen deeply and learn together how to honor yourself.

I have guided hundreds of women through the transformational journey of coming back home to themselves by integrating deep care of the mind, body, spirit & soul. In the space I hold, I teach you how to feel your feelings, support yourself during difficult moments, celebrate yourself, and identify what isn't working in your life. Together we will remember your power & strength- your story and the choice you have to change it.

As a guide, I walk with you as you connect deeply with yourself, learn how to embrace yourself, and learn to love yourself the way you have always wanted to be loved.
