Welcome, my name is Dariela Vasquez. I am

a first-generation Dominican woman residing in

New York State. I am a guide for first-gen latinas,

guiding them back to their bodies, womb, intuition,

and expression. As a somatic therapist for over 11 years

I have guided hundreds of women through the transformational journey of coming back home to themselves by integrating deep care of the mind, body, spirit & soul. In my practice, I weave in depth psychology, somatic practices, ancestral teachings & curanderismo. The space I hold isn’t a one-size-fits-all; I work with you as we together journey into your underworld, learn to face and embrace your shadows, and come home to the self, over and over again.

This is somatic, body, earthy work. It’s ancestral work, and it’s soul work.

Healing is on the other side, but first we must face our darkness.

Living a life that feels like yours is on the other side, but first we must root ourselves in the body and tend to the soul.

heart to heart, our bimonthly women’s empowerment circle

Heart to Heart is a monthly, open, virtual empowerment group for healers and creatives.

This is a non-clinical group, a space where you are welcomed as you are.

This space is for teachers, social workers, creatives, artists, writers, and caregivers. The brave hearts and passionate souls who have chosen the path of healing, not just for themselves, but for the collective.

Each group will begin with intention setting and a somatic practice to drop us into our hearts.

This is a space to be in community, to be witnessed, and also to witness others on their own journey.

Each group will give space for group members to participate as they feel called to. This is a body-honoring space where we move at the speed of safety and come together to strengthen our hearts.

Heart to Heart meets every third Thursday of the month at 6 pm EST on Zoom.

The group runs for 90 minutes.
