FAQ

Who is this for?

Those who want to reconnect with their body, explore gentle healing practices, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

No prior somatic or movement experience is needed—just your presence.

What is a somatic circle?

A somatic circle is a guided group experience centered on body-based (somatic) practices. It’s a space to slow down, listen inward, and move with intention. Through breath, gentle movement, stillness, and reflection, we explore how the body holds stories—and how we can release, reconnect, and feel more at home within ourselves. Circles often include time for sharing, but it’s always optional.

What should I bring or wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in. Bring a journal (if you'd like to reflect), water, and anything that helps you feel grounded—a favorite shawl, small cushion, etc.

Is this therapy?

This is not a therapy group or a clinical offering. It is a guided healing space rooted in body centered care. These series does not replace therapy. If you’re unsure whether this is the right space for you, feel free to reach out with questions
