Our ancestors harnessed the power of healing circles. They are a tradition centered around the motto, "You heal yourself, you heal others".
Together, we will claim our healing.
This is for the person that is ready to dive deep into their story and heal their inner child. This is for the person that wants a healthier relationship with themselves, others and life.
I will lead you through a sacred experience over the course of eight weeks, where we will meet weekly.
You will return to the root.
Explain the pains and shadows that arose from childhood.
You will learn and gain coping tools to give love to little you.
You will walk away empowered as your adult self.
