dariela’s bio

Dariela Vasquez holds a master's degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University and is currently licensed as a Somatic Psychotherapist in New York State. She is devoted to holding sacred space for women, guiding them through transformative thresholds and tending to the unfolding of their fullest selves. Drawing from the deep well of liberation psychology, somatic wisdom, and ancestral traditions, Dariela facilitates a return to embodied remembrance, a reclamation of self that is both personal and collective. Her work invites women to attune to the body's subtle language (the senses), cultivate profound self-love, and consciously shape lives that honor the soul’s truth and purpose. Dariela offers Somatic Psychotherapy, holistic education, and mentorship, serving women in New York State and across the nation. Her offerings are rooted in body wisdom, compassion, and a reverence for the sacred journey of becoming.
