May we come together & gather
May we name our experiences and give space to our emotional processes,
May we honor our stories with our own words and our narratives, the ones that are true to the heart, to the spirit and to the soul.
May we give space for the heart to speak, as we listen- and hold ourselves.
May we hold ourselves, and acknowledge the body as our companion
